A multi-university systematic review of peer-reviewed literature documenting golf's health benefits across physical, cognitive, mental, social, and wellness domains. In partnership with UNC Chapel Hill, George Washington University, and the University of Maryland.

Since 1936, the National Golf Foundation has worked to grow the game of golf. NGF Education Inc., our 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm, channels that mission into research and education that serves the public interest. We produce peer-reviewed health research, develop free educational content for new golfers, and partner with leading universities to advance the scientific understanding of golf as a health-promoting activity.
